Reading the forums, it has become clear that because the Samsung S has been successfully rooted, it is likely to receive greater attention from shrewd customers. The number of times I read that ‘I will be buying this device now’ was very interesting. Rooting this device means that custom firmware can be installed and pre-installed garbage that comes with the device can be removed.
