Last month we reported that the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q was likely on its way to T-Mobile on August the 15th. Now it seems that a press shot of the upcoming slider has hit the net with its home screen showing the date of the 15th, further backing up the validity of the rumored release date. Samsung and HTC are both known for hinting at their upcoming products with press images, and it seems that the Blaze Q continues this tradition.

For fans of slider smartphones, the rumored specs give plenty to get excited over. The new Galaxy S slider is believed to feature a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 720p HD display, 16GB internal storage, 1080p rear video capture, HSPA+ 42Mbps and the presence of Android 4.0. If the hardware proves to be correct, the Blaze Q is shaping up to be a rather capable device.

Any T-Mobile users out there itching to get their hands on this one?
