The Galaxy Nexus has been sitting pretty in the Google Play Store for quite a while now. Ever since the price for the unlocked GSM model was slashed to $349, its popularity has surged amongst users who are looking for a pure Google device at a bargain, and without the pesky contracts.

If you have been mulling over the decision to snag the Galaxy Nexus, but have been waiting for another price drop, Daily Steals has bested Google Play by offering the 3G/HSPA+ phone for $319.99.

As is the case with other goods being offered there, the deal will only last for a day. And as of the time of this writing, you only have about 17 hours more to make the decision and buy it off the website. Just a reminder, the Galaxy Nexus boasts a 4.65-inch HD curved display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 16GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, NFC, 1,750mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Alternatively, you can always wait until the next Nexus phone, the LG Nexus 4, touches down on October 29, reportedly for $399. Though it’s not guaranteed, we’re pretty sure it’ll drive down the price of the Galaxy Nexus some more. The choice is yours.

Why does everyone keep saying the Google play store is selling the Galaxy nexus? For as long as I’ve been checking it says “This device is not for sale at this time, leave your email so you can be contacted”. Any know when it will be back on the site??

The only Android device to get is the Nexus. Dont ever buy other products. Buy only Nexus braded devices. Everything else is pure shit like the Galaxy S3. You have to wait 24 years for an update to come. Nexus rocks.

Ughh, so because I’m in Canada I have no way of ordering this from Google play? That’s really dumb, I wanted this phone, new and unlocked…

I’m brazilian and I’m going to Orlando in November.

Is there anyway to buy from Google Play when I get there or to order from here and get there? Does anyone knows whats the delivery time?

I am in a similar situation to you, but from a different company. If there was someway we could make our internet look like we are accessing the google play site from a USA location we could order it and have it sent to a certain location. I am not sure how to make it seem my internet is coming from a USA IP address though

So is it like totally safe to buy this phone from Daily Steals ? I’ve never heard of it before. Or maybe I’m just being paranoid?
