samsung-galaxy-chatGreat news for Galaxy Chat owners! Samsung has begun pushing out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean to the Galaxy Chat.  The update, at the time of this writing, is only available in Spain.

The update can be installed via Over the Air or Samsung’s Kies desktop software. If you’re unfamiliar with Jelly Bean, the update will bring your device helpful services like Google Now and even increase the overall performance of your device with Project Butter.

Samsung originally released the Galaxy Chat back in August. It supports a 3-inch TFT display, an 800MHz processor, a 2MP camera, 4GB of internal storage with a microSD slot allowing you 32GB of expandable storage.

Wow, if this update proves to be decent then other manufacturers need to step up their game. 4.1 on 800mhz processor? No reason other low end phones should be left out.

  • When it is coming to India
