As part of its first quarter 2010 earnings report, Clearwire announced that it will offer a 4G WiMAX Android smartphone from Samsung before the end of the year. This also means we are quite likely to see the same device offered by Sprint as well, since the Clear WiMAX network uses Sprint’s 3G service for voice, and Sprint is a majority shareholder of Clear itself.
