Possible Motorola Android tablet, Stingray MOTMZ600, surfaces

A new internal document has surfaced showing what appears to be the Motorola Stingray, a device that could possibly be the company’s Android tablet that we are expecting to see before the year’s end.  The Stingray is expected to feature a large 10-inch touchscreen display and a speedy NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor.  There have also been rumors floating around saying the tablet will be Verizon FiOS-enabled for fast downloads and web surfing.
