During the first half of December Pandora introduced an update for iOS that brought a much-welcome new feature, an alarm clock. Now it is Android’s turn, as the updated Pandora app has now arrived!
Aside from the new alarm clock, there’s no much new to this update, though it does introduce some small improvements and bug fixes. Here’s the full change-log detailing the feature set for the new alarm:
- Set and forget – customize how often your alarm repeats throughout the week.
- Need a few extra minutes of shut eye? Hit snooze to catch more zzz’s.
- Use with the sleep timer to listen to music you love morning and night.
- Other small improvements and bug fixes.
While the ability to wake up to your favorite tunes isn’t exactly revolutionary, it’s still nice to finally have the feature. So what happens when your alarm goes off? Basically it will start playing your tunes and you can then choose to either keep listening, turn it off, or snooze it with the option of 5, 10, 15 or 20-minute increments.
