OPPO N1 spotted in a new Midnight Black coat

OPPO N1 Midnight Black

We were pretty impressed when we got our hands on the OPPO N1. Despite the smartphone’s rather large size, the N1 has plenty of great features, and official CyanogenMod support is a big bonus.

But if there’s one thing that even a great handset needs- it’s more color options to pick from. There’s already a red and blue Pepsi edition of the OPPO N1, but if you don’t fancy using your handset as a free advertising space you might find the new Midnight Black color scheme a little more to your taste.

OPPO N1 black and white

Although OPPO hasn’t officially announced the Midnight Black variant yet, the first images have already appeared on GizChina, hopefully indicating that an official announcement, or perhaps release, can’t be too far away. OPPO has also set a precedent with its color scheme options, remember that the Find 5 was also eventually released in a Midnight Black variety after initially being sold only in white. So this leak certainly seems plausible, and I must say that it looks rather nice.

If the prospect of a dark blue OPPO N1 is tempting, it’s well worth checking out our review from the handset on the Android Authority Youtube channel.

You just described most phones not branded Samsung. Just use the bloody cloud for goodness sake.
