Countdown to Oppo N1 launch begins

oppo n1 leak

Oppo has been teasing the launch of its upcoming smartphone as much as Sony has with the Honami. While there is more than a week to go for the official launch of the Sony smartphone, the Oppo N1 is going to be announced a lot sooner!

Oppo has launched a countdown on its global website, and posted an image of the same on its Facebook page, which shows that the Oppo N1 will be announced in a little over 4 days. What is a little odd about the countdown is that while the counter expires in 4 days, a tagline at the bottom states that “Possibilities will unfold on September 23.” Unless Oppo has set the counter wrong, this probably means that while the device will be announced in a few days, it will be released on September 23.

This countdown was started a day after a series of images of the device were leaked, along with information on its highly-anticipated feature, the rear touch panel.  Granted, we still don’t know anything about the hardware or software specifications of the device, apart from the fact that the Oppo N1 will boast an amazing camera. Well, the good news is that there are only 4 more days to go!
