March 4, 2014

The Oppo Find 7 is expected to be unveiled March 19th in Beijing, finally bringing us a direct successor to the Oppo Find 5. While we donโ€™t know everything about the handset just yet, we have heard quite a few rumors about the device, including a recent claim that the handset will feature a 50MP camera.

Early on, official teasers also pointed at the handset featuring a QHD (2560×1440) display. Now Oppo has released yet another teaser, this time revealing there are in fact two versions of the Find 7. Similar to what early rumors claimed weโ€™d see from the Galaxy S5, one model will have a 1080p resolution and the other will offer QHD (aka 2K).

Aside from different resolutions, we donโ€™t officially know how the two models will differ. Turning to the rumor mill, the 1080p model will reportedly feature a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 MSM8974, with the QHD version packing a slightly more powerful 2.4GHz Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC.

What do you think, excited for the Oppo Find 7 based on what we currently know?
