I am nervous updating as I have read articles from aus Vodafone users that their phones have been dying and trouble booting them back. Can anyone who has already updated share their experiences and other performance related stuff? Thanks.

I can only choose, on my GT-I9023, for the following:
    reboot system now
    apply update from ADB
    apply update from /sdcard
    wipe data/factory reset
    wipe cache partition

This is after i boot in Fastmode then Recovery, then i get android with a red triangle and have to press vol up+power again for the menu i mentioned just now.
When i wiped everything and try the update from sdcard it says:
    – Install /sdcard …
    Finding update package…
    Opening update package…
    Verifying update package…
    Installation aborted.

What did i do wrong :S
