Nexus family with Nexus 7 (2012) in the middle

Everyone’s raving about the hottest new tablet on the market, the Nexus 7 (2013), but truth be told, the Nexus 7 (2012) is still a great little performer, and the 16GB model can be yours for a mere $139.99 from Staples!

That’s pretty sweet deal, right? To take advantage of it, just head on over here, print off your coupon, and take it to Staples to grab your $139.90 Nexus 7 (2012)! It’s kind of disappointing that this is an in-store only deal, but it’s a deal nonetheless.

I certainly won’t complain getting a $40 discount off of what is still a good piece of hardware. If the 16GB model won’t cut it for you, Staples is running a similar deal with the 32GB version, only this time, the coupon can be used online, in stores, or even on the phone.

Simply use the coupon code 76704 to get $40 off the device during the checkout process, bringing the 32GB Nexus 7 (2012) to a final price point of $179.90, excluding tax.

Keep in mind that with the Nexus 7 (2012) you still get to play around with the latest release of Jelly Bean, Android 4.3. So, you’ll still have all the awesome software features the updates tablet gets, just not the updated hardware or the slimmer and sleeker design.

    Valid in U.S. stores only……

I’ve never heard of the Nexus 7 (2012) shipping with Android 4.3. Staples does not list 4.3 for this product on their website. The 2013 version ships with 4.3. The 2nd generation isn’t eligible for this coupon.

It doesn’t say it ships with, it says you can use 4.3 on it.
