Google was forced to cancel the big Android event that was scheduled for this morning. And given that cancellation, it looks like the rumors and speculation will continue. Well, at least for the near future…
Still looking to purchase an unlocked Nexus 4 from the Google Play store? Well, get ready. It seems Google will be opening sales a bit later this morning. The details come from an email that Google recently sent to those who have expressed interest (signed up for the mailing list). Anyway, this post here will serve as your reminder. And also just in case your message ended up in your spam folder as opposed to your inbox.
Anyway, without getting any further adieu — the Nexus 4 sales will return at 12 noon PST on November 27 — today. This is going to be for those in the US only and otherwise, will be the same as we had seen before. In other words, you can grab the 8GB model for $299 or the 16GB model for $349.
Of course, availability with Google Play aside, earlier this morning we mentioned that the Nexus 4 was also available with T-Mobile. The T-Mobile price is $199 for the 16GB model and that comes with a two-year agreement.
With that — set an alarm, write a post-it note and maybe even take a nap because if this sale goes the way it did the last time — there is sure to be some upset and stressed people. Best of luck to those attempting a purchase.
