The Nexus 4 was sold out within hours after it went for sale on the Play Store in Australia. Two months later, the online store is still deprived of new stock of the flagship Nexus phone. If you can’t wait for the N4 to make its not-so-triumphant return to Google Play, you may want to consider grabbing the phone from various retailers in the country.
For example, Kogan is now selling the 16GB Nexus 4 for $519. It comes with a 1-year warranty and it should ship within 7 business days, but don’t forget that you’ll have to pay extra for the shipment.
As mentioned by Ausdroid, you can also purchase the Nexus 4 from Harvey Norman, though not right away. According to the retailer’s website, the quad-core phone will only hit its stores on February 1st. Expect to shell out $496 for the 16GB variant.
In case you’re wondering, the 16GB Nexus 4 flavor is selling for $399 on Google Play, while the 8GB is offered for $349. We’re hearing from LG that it’ll have more Nexus 4 stock in February. It’s up to you whether you want to wait or pay the premium to get the phone earlier.
