If you’re keeping an eye out on new LG devices, a new entry-level smartphone appears to have slipped the public eye and fallen straight to the hands of a Swedish retailer website known as CDON.se.

The LG Optimus L3 (E400) runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and boasts of a small format and a transparent screen. Other features of the device include a 3.2-inch display, multi-touch 320x240p screen resolution, and 3MP camera. It has a Wi-Fi connectivity that can transform the unit into a wireless router, which can connect up to 5 devices.

The LG Optimus L3 is available in several colors and is listed for $190, making it a cost-efficient option.
