According to an anonymous source quoted by TechCrunch, Motorola has 50 people in its Android team and is looking to add up to 300 more to the group, for a total of 350.  That’s a pretty significant development group, if the information is correct.

While Motorola is a founding member of the Open Handset Alliance, we’ve not heard much at all from the company regarding Android in the past year.
