The Spice by Motorola is another phone premiered at the CTIA event held in San Fransico, CA. This device is a lower-end Android device and has largely gone unpublicised. It is allegedly manufactured and designed in Brazil.

The SPICE is a perfectly packaged smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard and the power of Android™.

  • Provides a large capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch support and pinch-to-zoom, along with BACTRACK™ for one-handed use.
  • Features Motorola’s new exclusive Flashback application allowing consumers to view and manage their content all from a single application.

The spice will run Android 2.1 along with Motoblur. This will be powered by the average 528MHz processor and the phone only offers a 3.2-inch QVGA screen. There is a basic 3.2 megapixel camera for taking quick snaps while out and about. As stated, this device is entry level. No word on pricing yet.
