Before you get excited, we’re not talking about the newer HD version of the phone. That said, the Motorola RAZR MAXX is still a solid phone with great battery life, and it’s yours for just $129.99.

Sure, it’s not HD, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a fine phone in its own right. The Motorola RAZR MAXX features a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel camera, a 4.3-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 540 x 960, a 3,300 mAh battery, and a MHL video out, if you’re into that sort of thing. The phone runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with Motorola’s history, may not see any more updates.

While it’s not the latest and greatest phone on the market, the Motorola RAZR MAXX may be worth it for some users because of the battery alone. If you just need something that you can be sure will get you all the way through the day, every day, this may be the phone for you.

In case you missed it above, the Motorola RAZR MAXX is available from Alltel for $129.99 with a contract, or for $499.99 with no commitment.

Do you have a Motorola RAZR MAXX? Are you considering buying one, now that the price is lower?
