According to the online retailer, the Kevlar-clad device will be released for shipping from June 24 onward. The dual-core 1.2 Ghz processor and the 1GB RAM make the Motorola RAZR Maxx the ideal device for multi-taskers and road warriors. Currently coming with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), the device is upgradeable to Android 4.0.3 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich). With an internal storage capacity of 16 GB and a 16 GB microSD card pre-installed (expandable up to 32 GB), users can store a respectable amount of music, videos, images, and other content. The phone has an 8 MP primary camera with 8x digital zoom that can shoot 720 pixel quality HD videos at 30fps, and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera with advanced features like touch-focus, geo-tagging, face detection and image stabilization. But above all, the RAZR Maxx boasts a massive 3300 mAh Li-Ion battery that offers 21.5 hours of talk time and up to 380 hours of standby, the longest among any 4G smartphone available at the moment.
