This is the first Motorola Ming-series Android device. For those who are not as familar with the Ming series of devices offered by Motorola, that is because they are primarily popular in China. This device will pack a Marvell PXA935 running at a clock speed 624 MHz coupled with 256 RAM and a healthy 512MB Flash ROM. The device will support 32GB Class 6 microSDHC memory card.

The first in the Motorola Ming series with Androidâ„¢, A1680 features a transparent clamshell over a 3.1-inch WVGA AMOLED display and a touchscreen designed for handwriting. With a 5-megapixel autofocus camera, high-speed internet via 3G/WAPI/WiFi, GPS location services, and the world of Android apps, A1680 combines functionality, style, and fun in one impressive package.
