Motorola DROID for Verizon
This bug is one to remember, that’s for sure. Most of the reviews of the Motorola DROID hit the phone hard for being mostly useless as a still camera due to the awful focusing system.
The thing is, the focus started working very recently. In fact, the focusing is very good all of a sudden (though still not perfect, as you’ll see). The reason? A date based bug in the camera application. The focus is good today and should be good for another 24.5 days, according to Google Engineer Dan Morrill.
I’ve included a gallery of new photos taken with the DROID after the jump.
