New leak photos of the Motorola DROID RAZR (also referred to as the Motorola Spyder and the Motorola DROID HD) and the Motorola XOOM 2 have surfaced recently–and the images seem to suggest that the devices are nearing completion.

A tipster has generously shared leaked photos of the Android smartphone and tablet to Engadget yesterday.  As you can see in the photos, the Motorola Spyder has the Verizon logo on the front and the back. It is also seen to sport a highly polished back, which previous rumors suggest to be made of Kevlar.

Knowing that it bears the Verizon touch, the phone may have built-in LTE radios, and probably offer fast data connection speeds on the Verizon Wireless network. Also, previous reports suggest that the Spyder will also be made with Gorilla Glass, making it a very sturdy phone.

The tipster also mentioned that the Motorola DROID RAZR (Spyder) in the photos is currently overclocked to 1.5 GHz, however, its final version will reportedly be reduced to 1.2 GHz, as has been suggested by earlier reports.

As for the Motorola XOOM 2, the tipster pointed out that the 8.2-inch tablet in the photos is a much-improved prototype than those in previous leak photos. Much bug-squashing has also been reportedly done on the most recent prototype shown in the photos.

However these new Android devices from Motorola will turn out in their production forms, one can be certain that they are Android devices to look forward to. What Motorola gadget is on your mind these days?
