Motorola Mobility Canada announced yesterday the arrival of the Motorola DROID 3 in Bell Mobility’s network some time this summer. The Android device will be known as the Motorola XT860 4G.

In mid-June this year, Motorola also announced the Motorola DROID 3 as the Motorola XT883 for China Telecom. Best Buy and Verizon Wireless have already started selling this “king of all QWERTY superphones,” as well.

Not to confuse you with its aliases further, the same device is also known by another name–the Motorola Milestone 3.

According to Motorola Mobility Canada’s press release, the Motorola XT860 4G will be exclusively available on Bell Mobility and will be the carrier’s first full-QWERTY slider keyboard smartphone. Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread is onboard.

The Motorola DROID 3′s chief bragging right comes from its dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP4430 processor ticking at 1.0 GHz and its thin, 5-row QWERTY slider keyboard. Its 4-inch qHD-resolution touchscreen and 8-megapixel camera add two more reasons for Motorola to refer to this superphone as a “mobile powerhouse.” That, plus Bell’s 42-Mbps 4G HSPA+ data network, makes for a good combination of power and speed.

Canadians, are you getting this handset?
