Some may argue the need for having multiple batteries, or for having a case that includes a built-in battery. But lets face it, smartphone battery life does not always add up to what you need it to be. That being said, if you happen to be carrying a Samsung Galaxy S3 and are not a fan of having extra batteries laying around — there is now another option available. This option is a battery case, the Mophie Juice Pack.
The Juice Pack is priced at $99.95, available in black or white and perhaps most important — it includes a 2300 mAh battery. As to what that 2300 number means, Mophie notes that you will be able to get up to an additional 9 hours of 3G talk time, up to 9 hours of additional 4G Internet use and up to 11 hours of additional Wi-Fi Internet use. In addition, the Juice Pack will give you up to 32 hours of additional audio playback and up to 8 hours of additional video playback.
Or looking at this another way, the 2300 mAh battery in your Juice Pack will be roughly double what you would get with your standard battery. And just for reference, the standard Galaxy S3 battery is a 2100 mAh.
Some other perks of the Mophie Juice Pack include a four-light LED indicator and the ability to charge both the phone and Juice pack using the included microUSB cable. The Juice Pack allows access to all ports, speakers and controls. Plus, it is NFC capable, which means you can still share files or make payments using NFC without having to remove the case.
Bottom line, this may be a bit more expensive as compared to buying a second battery, but we can see some perks. For one, it sounds like a good option for those who tend to carry their handset in a case. Not to mention, this one makes it easy to charge the phone and spare battery with a single cable.

do you have any dimensions for juice pack, and how does it compare to the Power Bank battery case?
Why would anybody buy this for 99 dollars when the power bank case is almost a third the price?
Ridiculous price with not so big difference
2300 mAh(in battery case) + 2100(original battery) = 4400 mAh. Is it difference not so big?
Oh I read wrong, I thought it said that it replaces the original battery and it’s only 2300mAh. My mistake, but still dat price!
I like Mophie products and its a nice design for the GS3, I wonder if they will make one for the GN2? Just kidding.
Where can I get a belt carring case for the mophie everything I find is to small
