Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour arrived back in December for $6.99, bringing with it improved graphics and a redesigned multiplayer mode. Now months later Gameloft has decided to offer the title up for sale.

At $.99, you will be saving $6 over the normal price, which is a hell of bargain if you are into mobile first person shooters. The sale couldn't have arrived at a better time either, since today is Friday and that means you have the entire weekend to make the most of MC4.

So what set's this game apart from your typical shooter? Honestly, it is pretty true to form, but that's not really a bad thing. One cool ‘story' aspect that is worth noting is that there are two different playing modes in the game that allow you to alternate between playing the good guy and the villain. As previously indicated, the game also sees a much improved multiplayer mode, higher-quality sound effects and more.

As you can imagine, the one buck bargain price won't be permanent so if you have even the most remote interest in trying this one out, you better act quick.
