It appears that VoIP service provider Voxofon is going to make available a client for the Android platform that will automatically route calls dialed to international numbers over its low-cost VoIP network in order to…
In an interview with the BBC, Microsoft’s Steve Balmer gave his opinions on the Google Android platform. Needless to say, big Steve is not exactly impressed.
You’ve got to remember Android is version one….and it looks like version one.
He later added:
They’ve got one handset maker, we’ve got 55. They’re available through one operator, we’ve got 175.
He fails to admit that, at one point, Microsoft, too, had one manufacturer (HTC) and only one carrier (Orange). On top of that, I don’t think that 1/1 situation is going to remain as such for very long. While we might not see a second device this year, next year should prove interesting.
