Just last week we spread the news that the Dell Mini 3i could actually be heading to American shores, from where it was first conceived. At a ‘Churchill Club’ event entitled ‘An evening with Michael Dell’, said CEO confirmed that his company would indeed launch this device in 2010. The rumour is that this device will land with AT&T early in New Year, although it does appear that the inbound device may not actually be that similar to the oPhone offering that is available in China. All we have heard for sure is that this device is likely to run Android and sport a decent sized touch-screen.

We are curious as to how well this device will fair in its home country, and look forward to the mass consumer market becoming even more aware of Android. Extremely short video that confirms this story is provided by TechPulse 360 after the jump. Enjoy.
