The Samsung Mesmerize SCH-I500 features a 4.0 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen and a 1 GHz processor. It is a fantastic device for a mid-range smartphone. On paper, the Mesmerize sports decent specifications. However, once you gain root access on your Mesmerize, everything changes, as you can now unleash its full potential.
One of the many benefits that you can get from a rooted device is that you can install custom ROMs, scripts, and kernels that can make your phone snappier and faster than it was before having root privileges.
