The LG GW620 (Eve) has made a few waves recently, and according to tweakers.net, may have a sibling to play with not before long. Unfortunately, the new device in question does not really appear to bring anything else to the table in the way of specifications or hardware. Known as the LG GT540, guess work helps us presume that it will offer a 320 x 480 pixel resolution 3-inch touch-screen. We expect there to be Bluetooth as well, along with for GSM, GPRS, UMTS and HSDPA.
We shall expect LG to launch at least one high-end Android device next year, but for now it would seem as though they are focussing on the entry level and middle of the road markets. Much of the information surrounding the LG GT540 is very shaky at the moment, so as soon as the real specification sheet is released, we will let you know.
