Lenovo P2 brings its massive 5,100-mAh battery to India

The Lenovo P2, which was officially announced back in September at IFA, is finally available in India. Today, the Chinese company launched the device in the country in two different versions. One comes with 3 GB of RAM and retails for Rs. 16,999, while the other features 4 GB of RAM and will set you back Rs. 17,999. Both versions of the device, however, have 32 GB of storage.

The Lenovo P2 will be available exclusively through Flipkart, with sales starting today, at midnight. The smartphone can be yours in either the Champagne Gold or Graphite Grey color option.

One of the biggest features of the Lenovo P2 is its large 5,100 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, it offers up to three days of battery life on a single charge and more than 18 hours of video playback. It supports fast charging, that will provide up to 10 hours of average use in just 15 minutes of charging. Additionally, you can also use the smartphone’s battery as a power bank.

The device has a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 chipset. It also sports a 13 MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus, a 5 MP selfie snapper, and a fingerprint scanner located on the front, below the screen. The P2 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Lenovo’s custom user interface on top.
