According to my friend Chris Ziegler, Mobile Editor at Engadget, Ruslan Kogan is up to his old tricks again.  After having to shelve the Agora and Agora Pro Android phones due to display issues, Kogan has told EngadgetMobile that he has another device well on its way.

Kogan is not giving any time estimates for the new device, but according to AndroidTwit, which doesn’t name its source, Ruslan Kogan remains hopeful that it will still be one of the first Android phones on the market and that it will maintain the Agora’s low price.
