When it comes to addicting mobile games, there are few as successful as Fruit Ninja. The game is simple yet addictive, and that makes for an awesome time-killing combo. For iOS users though, Fruit Ninja’s maker, Halfbrick Studios, have plenty of other great titles that have yet to make their way to Android.

One of these titles is Jetpack Joyride, and, thankfully, it has now made its Android debut. The game’s story is about a guy that breaks into a secret lab to liberate a jetpack, and things get crazier from there. The game is fast-paced, has lots of unique equipment like the Machine Gun jetpack and is the type of game that you will have trouble putting down.

Outside of awesome gameplay, the graphics are also very good, though purposely cartoony. The semi-bad news though is that the game can look a little blocky on large screen tablets, but don’t be surprised if an HD version eventually arrives that optimizes its design for Android tablets. Even on the tablet though, the game is still a lot of fun and is totally free from the Amazon Appstore. Even better than free, you will also get a $1 credit for Amazon MP3 purchases just for downloading the game.

The only bad news, for those that don’t use the Amazon AppStore normally, is that you can’t get it anywhere else but through Amazon. Odds are that Google Play will eventually get it, but for now it remains an exclusive to the Amazon AppStore for Android users.
