What is going to happen to all of us Droid/Milestone users? Is google going to bash the the Droid/ Milestone with new phone leaving us behind, in the land of ancient technology?

Well, I wouldn’t choose your exact words, but yes. That is what every manufacturer does. Every company is bringing out new and better devices, one after another. If they didn’t, we’d still all be using a Nokia 6310.

Sad, that excludes international buyers. I was hoping for a carrier-agnostic, unlocked phone.

I am very excited about this phone, but I haven’t heard of google having any plans of building something similar to itunes????? What are we supposed to go back from itunes to the old file system copy over stuff??? Going from organized Mac and iTunes stuff to stupid file system copy unorganized level? Come on now. You really think you can challenge the iPhone community?

I am not a big iPhone mac fan boy, but I have to tell you, even though they have their restrictions and they take control of a lot of things (Which Google is already doing with their phone as well). They have done a great job with iTunes. It is so easy to organize your phone and media stuff.

For me it is not just the phone, there has got to be a piece of software on your computer to organize stuff. It is not just downloading games from their app. stores. There is movies for my kids, older and newer Photos and so much more … Come on now Google, start creating a product that can compete with iTunes, I will switch in a second …

I cannot wait, but until then you are going to not get me away from what I have right now.
