Here’s the video portion of the review I’m doing of the Motorola Charm for MobileBurn.com. The Charm is a cool little Android 2.1 smartphone running MOTOBLUR in a compact, full QWERTY bar form factor. Both parts of the 2 part video are available in the YouTube playlist found below.
I posted my review of the Motorola DROID 2 for Verizon Wireless on MobileBurn yesterday afternoon. Here’s the intro from the full Motorola DROID 2 review: When Verizon first launched the original DROID by Motorola, it marked the carrier’s first step into the world of Android smartphones – and it was a good one. The [...]
Not much to say here, since I say it all in the video. Here’s part 1 of our Samsung Epic 4G smartphone video review. Part 2 will be coming along in the next day or so.
Yesterday I shot some video footage of the Motorola i1, the first Android powered smartphone to work on iDEN push-to-talk networks, such as those run by Sprint Nextel and Boost Mobile in the USA. The i1 features a solid design that is resistant to dust, shock, and rain. It runs only the 1.5 version of [...]
I just finished uploading my two part video on the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini and Xperia X10 mini pro Android smartphones. In spite of the fact that I really disliked the original Xperia X10, the mini and mini pro models, which are much, much smaller than the original, are very nice and left me [...]
The beTouch E110 from Acer is by its own admission, “Smart ‘n Simple”. We took this entry level device for a spin and were pleasantly surprised by its build quality and overall functionality. However, despite jumping through the hoops and then some for what the consumer expects of an entry-level device, the beTouch E110 reminded [...]
Russell Jefferies wrote a review of the new HTC Wildfire for our sister site, MobileBurn.com. The Wildfire is very much like the high-end HTC Desire, except for a downgraded screen, CPU, and price. Here’s an excerpt from the full HTC Wildfire review: The HTC Wildfire is one of HTC’s latest Android smartphones that is aimed [...]
Yesterday I shot two videos of the new Samsung Galaxy S based Vibrant for T-Mobile USA. I had just picked it up the night before at a T-Mobile event in NYC, and spent some time going through some of this impressive phone’s many features. Part one is below, part two is available after the jump.
Yesterday I received the new Samsung m910 Intercept for Sprint. Here are two videos I shot of the device, going through some of its features (second video after the jump). The Intercept features a 3.2-inch WQVGA display, a 3.2MP autofocus camera, and a decent 800MHz processor.
I’ve posted my review of the Motorola DROID X for Verizon on MobileBurn.com, and I didn’t spend only a few hours with it like so many other guys that wrote reviews. Ahem. In any case, I like the device quite a bit, but wouldn’t tend to use one personally since I like smaller phones with [...]
