Inbrics debuts its Android-powered MID-M1 tablet at CES 2010

The Inbrics MID-M1 was announced back in November but only a few scarce details were able to be gleaned from the machine translated Korean press release. The MID-M1 was slated for CES 2010 and now that the trade show is upon us, full details on this interesting tablet have emerged. The MID-M1 will feature everything but the kitchen sink including:

  • 3.7-inch, 800×480 AMOLED touch screen
  • slider form factor with QWERTY keyboard
  • 833 MHz Cortex A-8 processor
  • 720P playback with Xvid and DivX support
  • Android marketplace support
  • GPS
  • connectivity via 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G or WiMAX
  • 3 megapixel camera on the back, VGA camera on the front
  • 16GB of internal storage with microSD expansion
  • Dock with HDMI

The MID-M1 will run Android 1.5 or 2.0 , depending on its final release date and will include a customized overlaying interface, much like MOTOBLUR. Look for Inbrics’ products to come to the US via wireless and cable carriers, a segment of companies which the Korean manufacturer is hoping to court at CES.
