LG GW620

The new GW620 (aka Etna) from LG has been knocking around in the pipe-line for a while now, but things are starting to come to fruition with pace. There is an empty micro-site at www.lg-gw620.com which is likely to become the marketing website for go to information on this new device. More tangible items include a quirky promotional video detailing some of the phone’s finer features, many of which are thanks to Android.

The GW620 sports a nice slide-out QWERTY keyboard along with a 5MP camera and 3-inch touchscreen display. This seems to put it in the ring with the CLIQ and we expect them to go toe-to-toe this holiday season. The GW620 is expected to be one of three Android based devices from LG this year, so we wait with baited breath for more unfinished websites to spring up. There are a couple of videos after the jump advertising the LG device after the jump.
