Today T-Mobile USA announced that its new myTouch 3G (HTC Magic) is now available both online and in T-Mobile retail stores.

To celebrate, T-Mobile has hired 100 skydivers to jump in synchronized fashion over the city of San Francisco today at noon Pacific Standard Time.  Skydivers are set to land at the following locations in the city: Embarcadero/Justin Herman Plaza, Marina Green Park, Pier 39, and Moscone Recreation Center.

T-Mobile has noted that its 3G network, which the myTouch 3G supports, is now available in 176 cities across the country, and that its “retail champions”, specially trained sales associates, are located in its stores to help consumers get the most out of the phone.  T-Mobile has also said that its “app pack”, which contains a selection of free applications, will be available from the Android Market.
