For those not in the know, FlyCast is a program currently available for your PC that allows you to listen to over 1200 unique channels of music, news, sports and weather. However, there is also a mobile version of FlyCast already available for BlackBerry devices and the iPhone. This version works on non-3G connections, too, so even when you are out of a 3G coverage area, the tunes just keep on coming.

So, to the good news… this little application is coming soon to Android, allowing you to listen to your favourite radio station on your G1. This is set to be an excellent addition to the Android application list.
