Fresh out of China are images of the Motorola Sholes Tablet. As the name suggests, the Sholes Tablet has a similar underlying architecture as the Motorola DROID/Milestone (formerly known as the Sholes) with a few notable improvements in the camera and in the addition of Crystal Talk. The specs for the Sholes Tablet include a 533 MHz TiOMAP processor, a 3.7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 840X485 resolution and multi-touch support, UMTS/HSPA connectivity, an 8MP camera with Xenon flash, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Crystal Talk, and Android 2.0. Only time will tell if the Sholes Tablet will move from R&D prototype to finished product. Full-size image after the break.
