By Alexander Maxham January 18, 2012 0 35 7 15 Great news for all of you owners of the Motorola Xoom Wifi-only models, Late last night/early this morning, Motorola began the roll out of Ice Cream Sandwich, Android 4.0.3 to your device. Reports are saying that it is all the same as the recent “project” that we have heard so much about from Motorola. It’s an OTA, and like all OTA’s will roll out in stages of some sort or another and nobody is sure how it’s calculated. So go ahead and go into Settings and check for your software update, we know you’re anxious to get a taste of Ice Cream Sandwich on your beloved Motorola Xoom. Once you get the update head to the comments below and let us know how big the update is, how long it took to install, any problems, and most of all how much you love the update to Android 4.0. We do not have a manual download link yet, but check the comments there is sure to be one there eventually.Advertisement Update: It seems the update to ICS is only available in the US, unfortunately. 0 35 7 previous postWikipedia Down for 24 Hours – Here Are Some Mobile Friendly Alternativesnext postSony planning to Release 12 Devices in 2012?
