The rumour mill, spurred on by the questionable DigiTimes but also the more reliable BGR, suggests that there will be another HTC device running Android coming soon. BGR suggests that the HTC Predator will come to Verizon during October while DigiTimes quotes their favourite Chinese language source The Commercial Times, which suggests that the HTC Passion will be out in the fourth quarter of this year. If the rumours are true, then we’re looking at four Android phones on Verizon, three of which will be from HTC.
This is all a little bit sketchy and confusing at the moment. It is quite possible that these are rebranded phones with new names coming to US shores. With that said, it is feasible that HTC are readying US specific Android devices for the North American market. Either way, with names such as Desire, Passion, and Predator, one may be forgiven for thinking that HTC have some kind of repressed emotions that they squeeze out through their phone naming schemes. We’ll keep you posted!

I think Verizon is making a big mistake (not surprised) by not releasing the Specs to their upcoming Android phones. With the Hero (Sprint) coming this week and the Moto Cliq (T-mobile) coming in two weeks. I know they don’t consider Sprint or T-mobile their competition (another mistake). Only AT&T. Verizon, “should I stay or should I go”.
