Last week, we had speculations regarding the official announcement of the HTC Sensation which would be today, April 12. Indeed, we already had confirmation that HTC’s newest flagship smartphone has been made official. The HTC Sensation is one of the first dual core Android phones from HTC and I am pretty sure that this smartphone has a lot of people very excited. It will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM 8260 processor capable of 1080p video recording and is sporting display of 4.3-inch qHD screen with a remarkable resolution of 540×960. If you like to be amused like never before, go get the HTC Sensation. On-demand movies appear extraordinary with a striking qHD display, and they sound crystal clear with Hi-Fi audio technology. With its HTC Sense experience, this makes the phone so easy to use and one great mobile entertainer. The exceptional style, complete with contoured glass border, feels great in your hand. The HTC Sensation is certainly a multimedia superphone.

In addition, you can choose and watch your favorite movies and TV shows thanks to its newest feature, the HTC Watch. It is a premium media delivery application that will allow users to purchase and download movies and TV shows.

HTC’s Sensation will be expected to launch on Q2 of 2011 and will be exclusive for Vodafone. Also, HTC haven’t mentioned the price of HTC Sensation yet. But one thing is for certain, it will match up Desire S’ price tag. How is this sounding so far?

Compared to for example an iphone and looking at the specs I think, even though the price probably is high, it will be worth it

Sprint is going to offer the same chip with the EVO 3D, but I’m wondering if they’ll be able to maintain the display quality along side with 3D.
