Circulating rumors suggest that HTC is set to debut a new touchscreen tablet at CES 2010 next week, introducing the tablet at a private event for its inner circle customers. The tablet will run a version of Android OS and will include a Qualcomm processor, a touchscreen, and new software from Adobe which we hope is a reference to the much aniticipated Adobe Flash. The device has been under development for 18 months and HTC has been working closely with Google during this period. The fruition of this partnership has produced not one, but two working tablets – the Android model which will debut at CES and a second model which will run Google’s new Chrome OS. If this rumor is true, look for additional information on one or both of these tablets to be revealed next week when CES 2010 begins January 7th.
