We have some fantastic news for QWERTY Android lovers, courtesy of an Industry insider kbman at Howard’s Forums! Finally, it looks like someone is stepping up to the dual-core QWERTY Android plate. While it’s not…
Great news! While HTC’s response at both Mobile World Congress and CES 2011 was somewhat lackluster, the devices they are set to release later on this year are certainly not.
We reported a few days back on one of HTC’s more enticing dual core superphones, the HTC EVO 3D. Not to be outdone by the likes of Motorola, with its quick to market Atrix, or LG’s Optimus 2X or Optimus 3D, HTC has stepped up to the plate with what looks to be a contender for one of the best Android Superphones of the year.

These new pictures, courtesy of XDA Forums, indicate that the once rumored, still legendary, HTC Pyramid is indeed possessing a set of specs that could make all superphones shake in their boots.
Specs:

It’s important to note that this particular mobile powerhouse is destined for T-Mobile, while the HTC EVO 3D is headed for Sprint. As it stands now, we now have seven contenders for the crown of king of superphones: the Samsung Galaxy S II, the HTC EVO 3D, the Motorola Atrix, the Motorola Droid Bionic, the LG Optimus 2x, and the ever-powerful LG Optimus 3D.

Great year to be an Android phone fan eh?
