Reading and re-reading the specs of HTC One X might be a good way to pass the time until you can get your hands on HTC's upcoming flagship device. But what if we gave you a better alternative, one that lets you see beyond those dry numbers? We’re talking about compelling and seductive imagery that can transport you to another place and time. So let’s pretend for a second that we live in a world where numbers and specs don’t matter and just enjoy some strikingly beautiful pictures.

These are pictures taken using the HTC One X, by users from across the globe. A select few have been lucky enough to take part to the introductory voyage of the HTC One Series, that will take them to various cities of the world. So far, the journey has produced fantastic images from Jakarta, Bangkok, and Paris. We heard it’s coming to Taiwan, Delhi, and Rome soon, so better be on the lookout for that.

We hope you have enjoyed this selection of pictures taken with the HTC One X. Note that we had to compress the files due to space limitations, so there’s some quality degradation. The flagship HTC One X model is set to be released on April 5 in the UK. Meanwhile, the AT&T version will be out in mid-May, to be followed by the Sprint variant in early June.

Don’t see what all the hype surrounding the camera on this thing. They way HTC talks about it the revolutionized the smartphone cameras, but I have not been able to notice any better quality than any decent smartphone camera that is already out.
