About three months have passed since HTC One X was introduced in Canada. Previously only available on Rogers Wireless due to an exclusivity deal, the phone has finally made its leap to another carrier in the…

Telus announced the upcoming availability of the HTC One X+ smartphone back in early-October. At that time they kept the pricing a secret and offered nothing more than that the handset was coming “this fall.” And well, while we have yet to get anything specific in terms of a release date, we have recently gotten a hint that the release will be happening soon.
The hint is dummy units. Yup, dummy units, because there is no better sign that a release is imminent than having smartphone dummy units make an appearance in stores. Of course, officially speaking, Telus still has the One X+ listed as “coming soon.”
Otherwise, just as a recap, the HTC One X+ is similar to the One X, just with a bump in the specs. The One X+ will have a 2100 mAh battery, 1.6 megapixel front-facing camera, quad-core 1.7GHz processor and 64GB of internal storage. The handset does not have any microSD card slot though. You can also expect a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, LTE connectivity and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
