It is possible that the device code-name ‘Lexikon’ from HTC may well be a Droid launching on Verizon. The device is alleged to offer a 3.8-inch screen at WVGA resolution. There has been speculation that a 3.8-inch device is a rather odd size and that the screen might indeed be 4-inches. However, there is no real evidence to support this notion. The phone will offer 512MB RAM along with an 800MHz processor. This processor is likely to be the ‘Scorpion’ processor which reportedly runs smoother than the 1 Ghz snapdragon. However, we have no word on this for certain.

Android 2.2 will come as default and it is possible that the device will also sport the latest version of HTC Sense as well.
