The HTC EVO 4G is quite frankly a beast of a phone. Sprint and HTC managed to squeeze into it the best hardware you could conceive at this point in time. It offers an 8 megapixel camera, a forward facing 1.3 megapixel camera, HDMI-out, a ginormous 4.3-inch display. Users can expect a 1GHz Qualcommm Snapdragon processor and 1GB of RAM, coupled with the extraordinary ability to share its connection with up to 8 WiFi enabled devices.
So why the poor packaging? We’re not going to make such a big deal over this as some of the others out there, but in truth it is a little bit of a slip-up by Sprint. A device like this deserves its own metallic box with dense granite colored protective foam cradling the goods. Check out the images via Engadget and let us know what you think.
