HTC Dream / G1 heading to Asia in first half of 2009?

Well, that’s the case according to the headline on the infamous DigiTimes website, at least.  The headline reads as “HTC to ship Android G1 phones to Asia-Pacific markets in 1H09, says paper”, but the story, and the source it quotes, makes no mention at all of the Dream/G1 or even Android.

We’ve said it before; DigiTimes is a dubious source at best.  Take this one with a Morton’s sized dose of salt.
