Have You Taken Advantage of Google Music’s Free Music Section?

December 31, 2011

The ability to access and download free music online has been at the forefront of debate for a while now. Instead, Google has decided to put free music at the forefront of their website. More specifically, “On Android Market, we’ll feature new tracks each day from today’s hottest artists as well as classic favorites, all for free.” And if that is not convincing enough, once you hit the download button, and pay $0.00, the song is yours to keep forever. Your not renting or leasing the music, your buying it at a price you can absolutely afford!

You can probably assume that Google will be giving away old and unpopular music in this free section. But the genre of free songs are from66 rock, country, pop, and hip hop. Furthermore, artists such as Matt Nathanson, John Mayer, Train, Oasis, and Five For Fighting have free tracks on Google Music.

Once you have added one of the free songs to your music library, they are instantly on your internet connected phones, computers and more. In addition, like every other track you buy from the Google Music store, the free songs will be posted to Google+ for a free full play for your friends.
